To help keep you on track, our Trainers will complete periodic reviews of your progress. This includes measurements, body fat composition (if desired), weight, and strength & cardio benchmarks.
The success of a training program depends largely on nutrition. Our Trainers will review your diet and make recommendations based on your goals. Nutrition will be a regular topic of your conversations with your Trainer, helping to guide you and keep you accountable.
