Specialty Workshops are exercise programs designed for a specific population (youth, seniors, hockey camps, pre-/post-natal, etc). These are usually programs that have a defined start and end date. We offer a new Workshop every 4-6 weeks. Check back often to see what's on the schedule and sign up!
Introducing *NEW* Workout Programs! These 4 week programs include circuit training, spin, floor cardio, TRX, weight training, core, yoga, and meditation. Each program is designed to help you progress by gradually increasing the volume of workouts each week. We have planned all of your workouts for you so there is no guess work and no fuss. Simply sign up and show up! Programs are available in morning or evening sessions so you can find a time that works best for you. However, if modifications to your program are required due to scheduling conflicts, we are more than happy to customize your program at no extra charge. You can start on any Monday between Jan 6 and Feb 3, and you will automatically be signed up for all of your classes - no need to book online.

PRE & POST-NATAL FITNESS
Designed for pregnant women (all trimesters) and women with infants up to 6 months old, this workshop will help battle fatigue, alleviate aches and pains, and give you a dose of mood enhancing endorphins. This Workshop will be led by Elissa Culver. Elissa is a Certified Personal Trainer who has recently had her first child. Classes will begin with a short discussion on various aspects of pregnancy and postpartum fitness, followed by a gentle cardio and/or strength workout, and ending with some relaxation and breathing.
