Specialty Workshops are exercise programs designed for a specific population (youth, seniors, hockey camps, pre-/post-natal, etc). These are usually programs that have a defined start and end date. We offer a new Workshop every 4-6 weeks. Check back often to see what's on the schedule and sign up!
BOOT CAMP for Women
Each class will consist of “Workout of the Day” style routines which blend cardio, strength, and stretching. You can go at your own pace for each exercise and make it your own!
Tuesdays and Thursdays
March 17 - April 9
4 weeks, 8 classes
Does your child struggle with anxiety, stress, sleep, or emotions? This class is an introduction to relaxation, visualization, and meditation. Breathing exercises and stretching will help your child develop self-awareness and focus their energy on becoming calm. Once in a relaxed state, the class will be guided through a short meditation designed to be soothing, expand their imagination, and guide them in to a place of inner calm.
