Specialty Workshops

Specialty Workshops are exercise programs designed for a specific population (youth, seniors, hockey camps, pre-/post-natal, etc). These are usually programs that have a defined start and end date. We offer a new Workshop every 4-6 weeks. Check back often to see what's on the schedule and sign up!


This workshop focuses on functional strength training. Girls will learn how to use various pieces of equipment such as TRX and light dumbbells, as well as their own body weight, to develop proper form and build strength and endurance. Classes will also include some light cardio and flexibility work.
