Why do I have to pre-book for Classes and Workshops?

As we have a specific amount of equipment and space, we require all Classes and Workshops to be pre-booked online. This ensures that all participants are able to enjoy their workout and prevents overcrowding.

When are Classes and Workshops available for booking?

Classes are available for booking as of the Friday prior to the week in which the classes are occurring.
Workshops will be available 2 weeks prior to the start date of the Workshop.

How do I pre-book for a Class or Workshop?

Booking can be done 3 ways:

 - Online (see Booking tab)

 - By phone: 250-425-3952 (calls only, no texts please)

 - In Person

We recommend booking online as it is the fastest and most guaranteed method. 

What payment methods are available?

We accept credit cards, cash, cheque, or eTransfer. Payments can be completed prior to or upon arrival for class.

What if I booked a Class or Workshop but can't make it?

For Classes, participants are required to cancel at least 4 hours in advance.
For Workshops, participants are required to cancel at least 5 days before the start date.

What should I expect on my first visit?

On your very first visit, you will be asked to fill out a few forms and we will process your payment. You will be given a studio tour (if desired) and a quick orientation of our procedures.

If you have pre-booked a Class or Workshop online but have not yet visited the studio, please arrive 10 minutes early.

Do I need to pre-book to come in during Open Door Blocks?

Yes. You will need to notify us if you wish to come in during Open Door Block. This ensures that a staff member will be in the studio to provide security and safety. Open Door Block reservations are NOT booked through the website. Please contact us directly at 250-425-3952 to make arrangements.
