Group Fitness Classes

Group Fitness Classes range from Indoor Cycling ("spin"), Bootcamps, HIIT/Cardio, Strength, Low Impact, Beginners, TRX, Kettlebell, Pilates, and more! Check the schedule to find a class that's right for you!

Specialty Workshops

Specialty Workshops are exercise programs designed for a specific population (youth, seniors, hockey camps,pre-/post-natal, etc). These are usually programs that have a defined start and end date.

Private Personal Training

If the group thing isn't for you, or maybe you just want more direction and accountability, ask about our private, one-on-one personal training sessions.

Open Door Blocks

"Open Door Blocks" are special blocks of time where you can come in and use the studio like a gym. There will be a staff member in the studio if you require assistance, however, this is designed for the individual who is knowledgeable about proper use of equipment and wants to do their own workout at their own pace.
